When you subscribe to a subscription box from My Pet Gift Box, you will receive a box packed full of top brand dog toys, treats and accessories, individually tailored to your pet, during the last week of every month.  Depending on your chosen plan, your subscription will renew automatically every month, every 3 months or every 6 months on the date on which you originally placed your order (so if you ordered your first box on the 14th of the month, you will be billed on or around the 14th of the following month).

Your monthly box will include 5-6 top brand products including dog toys, natural treats and accessories. Each box is individually handpicked by our team to ensure that it is tailored to your pet.

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by logging in to your account with My Pet Gift Box or by emailing hello@mypetgiftbox.com.  If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, please let us know at least 72 hours before your next renewal payment to ensure that you are not billed for your next subscription period. If you cancel our pause your subscription within 72 hours of your next renewal payment, you will be billed for the following period and will receive your next box.

Your box will be dispatched on or around the 22nd of every month by Royal Mail 2nd class post. If your box doesn’t arrive, please contact us at hello@mypetgiftbox.com so that we can investigate further for you.

With our monthly subscription box, you will be billed when you place your order for your first box and thereafter, on the 1st of every month. If you choose our 3 or 6 month pre-paid plans, you will be billed either every 3 or 6 months on the same date as your original order.

When you place your order, you’ll be asked a few questions to complete your pets profile. We’ll use this information to tailor your future boxes.
