Besides being the perfect fashion accessory designed to complement your wardrobe our Holly Pet Carrier is also the perfect pet carrier. Designed to make your pet's journey as comfortable and as safe as possible but in style. There are a mesh windows at each end of the bag to provide maximum ventilation and a sculpted window at the front which makes it possible for your pet to take in the view during your outing. It features a beautiful faux leather with outer mesh top panel with zip fastening which can be left open to let your dog peek out or closed to completely enclose them. The interior has a removeable quilted easy clean liner and it also has a leash clasp for extra safety. The rear of the bag features a zip pocket that is perfect for carrying either your dog’s bits and pieces, or your own come to that! It can be carried by hand or over the shoulder using the removeable shoulder strap provided.

DELIVERY

My Pet Gift Box is one of the UK’s leading online platforms for personalised and handmade pet products. As we continue to source and work with both small and larger suppliers, some of your items will be delivered to you directly from the supplier, which means that you may receive your order in separate deliveries.

For standard items, UK delivery typically takes around 3-5 days from dispatch and your order will be dispatched by either Hermes Tracked or Royal Mail. If you are ordering personalised or made to order products, please allow up between 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.

Items such as handmade birthday cakes are typically delivered a few days before your pet’s birthday to ensure that they are fresh on arrival.

Delivery Details

UK Orders:

Standard Delivery (3 – 5 Working Days)

Standard delivery orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes Tracked. There is a flat charge of £3.95 for an unlimited number of items. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 3 working days.

Express Delivery Service (1-3 Working Days)

When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm and will be delivered within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Depending on your location, there are two Express Delivery services, the prices of which are outlined below:

  • £6.95 – England / Wales / Scottish Mainland
  • £7.99 – Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands / Isle of Man / Isle of Scilly / BFPO Forces Mail

This service is available to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses but extended delivery times may be experienced to Northern Scotland and other isolated areas.  Please note that both express delivery services require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that personalised and made to order items are not applicable for our express delivery service.

International Orders:

We charge a fixed delivery fee of £17.50 to Europe and £25.00 to any country outside of Europe, including the USA and Canada using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. If your order exceeds 2KG in weight, additional charges may apply and our customer services team will be in touch to discuss these costs with you prior to dispatch.

Customs & Duty:

The customer is responsible for the importing of products into their country and must obey with the regulations set by that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

All items must be returned ‘as sold’ – in a resalable condition, unworn, in original packaging and with all swing tickets/tags attached. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements then we reserve the right to refuse their return. When returning an item for a refund or exchange we are unable to reimburse your postage costs for the item being returned to us. However, when returning items for an exchange, we will send the new item back to you at no additional charge.

PERSONALISED AND MADE TO ORDER GOODS

Personalised and made to order products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless faulty, so please check items immediately on delivery. My Pet Gift Box works hard to make the highest quality products are supplied, however, now and again defects may happen during manufacture.

For damaged\faulty items, you must us within 48 hours of delivery via email at hello@mypetgiftbox.com. You must return items unused, in a saleable condition and with the original packaging that you received them with (with any labels still attached). You should use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

When returning item(s) from outside the UK we will issue a refund for those item(s) once received and processed by our returns team. If you wish to re-order alternative sizes or products, please do so by placing a new order online. When returning an item for an exchange or refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
